Stop Living an Instagramatic Life


You must be very familiar with this very word called “INSTAGRAM’’. Obviously even my granny is on “Instagram”.

Nowadays, Instagram has become so important that we can forget eating food but we can never forget to click pictures of food and post it on instagram. This won’t be wrong if I will say that we all are living “An instagramatic life” with no regret.

Yes, in this instagramatic era we don’t enjoy travelling, we don’t enjoy birthdays, we don’t enjoy anniversaries, we don’t enjoy having fun with our best friends but, we enjoy clicking pictures on these occasions. We enjoy even more correcting and editing those pictures to post on instagram.

In order to make our life or we can say in order to show our life more interesting than others we keep on posting our personal stuff on instagram. Without even knowing the fact that the people who does like and comment on instagram they have nothing to do with your life. Even then we enjoy those likes and comments like these are the real happiness. Does not matter you are happy with your family, friends or with your life but your instagram profile must be look like you enjoying your life like heaven.

Why? Why this fakenes of social media has become so much important. Are we really happy in our lives just like our instagram profile looks like. The answer is a big NO but, we are not able to realise it. We all are busy celebrating this fakeness so much that we have forgotten the values of family friends and our life. With this fakeness we can increase the followers of instagram not the inner happiness that only comes from our family and loving ones but, still we crave for what? Followers!

Millions of followers are waste if we don’t have a true friend with whom we can cry laugh and live our life with fullest no fakeness no show off.  But we find happiness in chatting with random person in social media than with our family and friends in general life. We don’t have time for our family, we don’t have time to meet old friends but we have 2 to 3 hours or more to use Instagram or watching videos on Youtube.

INSTAGRAM has really bad impact on students they can’t even live a single minute without instagram. I have one request with students this instagram life will give you nothing but if you will focus on study rather than struggling with pictures to post or not. those success story that you find on insta was just a distraction for you. Don’t distract focus on your goals rather than focusing on other people’s food, and travelling pictures. They are also not as much happy and satisfied as they look on instagram.

I am not against of any of the social media site it is just my personal opinion. And use instagram or any social media for goodness don’t take mental stress and use it to spread happiness and Positivity. And with all these don’t forget the values of family friends and loving ones.

How to overcome loneliness?

Loneliness is nothing but a state of mind that leads you towards depression. At some place in life we face this kind of state of mind. And the reason for that can be many. May be you just feel like that because you are not satisfied with your life, You want something more and you are not getting it. May be you are not happy with your job or you are not happy with your love relationships.

So, if we look around we have a lot of reason to be sad, to feel lonely and this is life. You can’t control things that happen in your life but at the same time you can control yourself how to react on that situation.

If you are feeling lonely from a long time even if there are so many loving people are there in your life. Then you must be not happy with your job you are doing or you must have a habit of overthinking and that is the biggest reason of feeling lonely and unsatisfied.

So, here is the habit you should follow to avoid this kind of feeling.

§  Stop over analysing everything that happens to you; some people have habit to over analyse the things.
Like if something bad happens in our life we start finding reason why did it happen? Or why is it happens with me only? Some like that. But when something good happens then also we start thinking about the reason of happiness! So, life is not complicated, we people are complicated. And we make our life complicated. So, stop over analyse, stop thinking you feel more loved and wanted.

§  Stop comparing your life with others; generally in life we don’t look in our life. Like how many amazing people are there in our life we can spend time with them or and we can be happy with then for always. But, what we do? We generally search people outside to make us happy or look other people that how happy they are! And come up with thinking that, “I am alone no one is there for me who can make me smile blah blah blah. Like really!!”
If no one is making you happy then you try to be that someone who makes other people happy.

§  Stop copying social media; in today’s life major cause of feeling lonely, is social media. Everything that we watch on social media we believe on that try to copy. That does nothing but put pressure on us whatever we see we try to apply in our life and that leads to a great disappointment.

§  Enjoy your own company; no one will be with you forever. So you have to learn how to be alone and satisfied. Don’t find happiness in other people. Do whatever you like and want to do. Don’t depend on others.

§  And last but not the least if u are feeling lonely because you just broke up with your partner; then you should be more careful about you because no one has taken the responsibility to make you happy. People often leave when you need them the most. So, don’t run after them even if you are not able to leave without them. Just give your life a new track.

Spend time with family; because in this situation no one can make you happy it’s only you and your family that can understand your problem and will help you in refreshing your life.
So, just be with them, Trust them and be happy.

What to do if you are not able to focus on your study?

Exams are near and you have a lot of things to study, chapters are not clear yet .You want to study a lot but mind is not allowing? So, what’s the problem?  It’s a common thing. Being a student a completely understand it.

Its 01:00 am at night one of my roommate is busy on social media, another one is busy on phone making love promises to his love, and the third one is sleeping so freely. And here I am on my bed books are open want to study but fighting with good in me and bad in me. The bad one is saying, “you fool can’t you see everyone is enjoying their life with their own way. And here you are! Wasting your time in these stupid thing go and have fun with your friends use social media, or go and take a good sleep”. But the good one is saying that,” stop thinking about your friends, stop comparing your life with others you have different goal in life. To achieve that goal you have to study hard. Doesn’t matter its 01:00 am at night or 04:00 am at morning work hard, study hard. If your dreams are big you have to sacrifice this tempting stuff like social media, or a morning sleep”.

Remind yourself to stay focused and motivated

·       Your dreams are bigger than your sleep.
·       You have promised yourself to make your dreams come true and make your parents proud.

·       Success requires continuity, consistency and determination; every second day you will be demotivated, you will feel it’s not happening. Mind will keep saying you, you should stop now but don’t listen to your mind. Always listen to your inner voice that will never allow you to stop. Your inner voice will always encourage you.

·       It’s ok to feel low. It’s ok to feel down for sometimes. It’s ok to feel lazy for one day. But when you wake up at the next morning wake up with a promise to yourself that you will not feel the same way today.

·       Don’t be serious, be sincere; don’t take life so serious, take a chill pill for some time. Don’t study all day long, no one can do so. Go and have fun for some time, watch movie, play football, cricket whatever you like you do. And then after refreshing your mind if you go for study then be honest with yourself and study with all your heart.

“FAILURE’’ the word itself has a lot of burden and
we don’t want this burden in our life at any cost. We want success always. But if we will not face failure how we will know the taste of success?

“Failure and success’’ both plays an important role in our life and we have to taste the both. We can’t skip one because if we skip one, we will never understand the value of another. 

Accept the failure learn from it work hard and get success, that taste of success will give you an inner satisfaction.

But, don’t forget to rise again.
Think twice, wake up, Gain your strength,
And give yourself one more chance.
Because failing is always better
Than regretting”

Failure is just a first step towards success. So, don’t let it control you towards negativity but at the end of the day you will get nothing but regret and mental stress.

Here, is some habits that will help you to be positive in failure.
·      Stop overthinking; overthinking does nothing but increase your mental stress. Just calm down give some time to yourself to gain the strength. If you stop thinking about your failure then only you will be able to freshly restart your life. Negativity comes from overthinking. If we will stop overthinking half of our problem will be gone.
·      Try to learn from this situation; always remember that something bad happens in our life to give us a lesson to improve us as a person. We should accept the failure learn from it and try to find your weakness and where were you wrong. Then work upon yourself then come back u will definitely succeed.
·      Set new goals; now focus on what you want next from life. You can’t just sit and wait for something good will happen. No nothing will come to you if you don’t try. Forget what happened. Restart your life with new goals. Ask yourself if you have the resources to put your new plan into place. What new problems are likely to come up? How will you solve them?
·      Don’t repeat he same mistakes; don’t repeat the same mistakes that you have made before. Make new strategy for your plan. You should always have a backup plan like plan B.
·      Try again; “most successful people are the one who failed the most” once we failed does not matter we will fail again. Keep trying work upon your goals try a better approach one day you will definitely get success.

“Fate will always try to put obstacle in our way but it is completely on us how to remove the obstacle and move forward. At the same time fate always bring new opportunities in our way and it completely on us how we take those opportunities to get success”

Sometimes life brings toughness in our life, And we have to go through our hardest time. In this time you shoud have believe that this time is not for always  this is the best thing about “TIME”  it does not matter how hard it is, it will pass.just have faith on you and keep going in life.

You must be thinking that all these stuffs are just word of saying I also agree that.but if a word of saying can change the way you think ,can change the way you look into life then, these words generate a power in you to be happy to be motivated and keep moving forword in life.

Things that make your heart heavy,mind disturbed you should try to not think about those things. not everyday is same not every situation is same “life is full of uncertainities”  you have to accept everything that life brings to you,either it is a sad or happy moment you have to live that moment so its completely on you how you want to live it. “Sit with regrets that can give you nothing but sadness, heavinessor keep walking forword forget everything, keep moving no matter how hard the situatin is this is a true ART of living a happy life.. 

 Now what shoud you focus on if u facing that hardest phase in life important points…..

  •       take break; if you are a student or a employe  or a young or old if u facing such problems in life just take a break from office or study. try to spend time in doing what u like, watch movies of your interest.
  •    Spend time with family;go on a vacation with them ,meet old friends old friends can always be a reason of happiness.
  •     Gift something to your close ones; givng happiness to others is always a best medicine to heal your own pain.        
  •        Stay away from social media;social media has always been a way to connect people and share your problem through out the world..but as I personally believe if you want peace and calmness for a while you shoud make some distance from social media.because if u will not see what other people are doing you will feel less pressure.trust me it works.
  •        Read,read read and write; reading has always been a best way to centre your mind, read whatever you like, what ever u are interested in,and if possible to write or you can write then try writing also because at some point in life we find no one who can understand our problem then the best way to release your pain is to write.
Slowly but steadly u will definitely be able to gain the strength , belief and will power to freshly start your work.and if u will understand these secret of happiness you will be more successfull ,more satisfied with your life.
